The MAD Challenge stands for The Momentum ADventure World Challenge.
The MAD challenge is a campaign where children with SMA are captaining teams to carry out challenges and inspiring others to do the same. The target is to raise £1,000,000 to support medical research into Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
